Cabral para Nerviosos is a blend of traditional yerba mate and herbs that are blended to help relieve nervous disorders, stomach pain and insomnia, all without compromising the taste of a great mate.

Ingredients: 

Yerba Mate, Chamomile, Mburucuyá, Congorosa, smoke

Origin: Uruguay

Storage: 

Store in a cool and dry place.

Instructions for use: 

Preparation in the French Press / Teapot: for 1 litre you take approx. 12g yerba mate and let it brew at 80 degrees for approx. 5 minutes.
