This is a 100% organically grown Mate Tea, straight from Argentina (Ilex Paraguariensis).
In 1926 immigrants started to cultivate mate tea. On July 24 1930, the Agrícola Mixta de Montecarlo Limitada formed a federation of peasants of the region.
During the production of this Pampa Orgánica the natural growth rhythm of nature is respected. The main task of the Agrícola Mixta de Montecarlo Limitada is the production, processing and marketing of Yerba Mate.
The manufacturer is certified by a body accredited by the EU (OIA - Organizacion Internacional Agropecuaria).
The product is also certified by USDA and ORGANICO ARGENTINA.
